We added months to our lives! What a treat. That was our sixth trip to Costa Rica in the last three years. We have stayed in some very nice homes, some more than once. Your home was truly the most relaxing and enjoyable we have stayed in. Grounds are beautiful and should only get better. The time before sunrise and after sunset each day, remarkable. (You could add a premium for dates with the full moon!)

We rented Villa Helena for 9 days as the second leg of our honeymoon. Located away from the bustle and tourists, this beautiful modern home, located high in the hills near Dominical, afforded a fantastic view of the Ocean, vegetation, and routine monkey/sloth sightings. The Villa’s owner made the reservation process extremely easy, and the Villa’s host, who met us and took us up to the Villa on our arrival, was a wealth of local information - from tips about the best (and worst) beaches to the best location for authentic Tico cuisine. We would highly recommend the Villa Helena to anyone wishing a peaceful getaway to the true Costa Rica.

The perfect place to spend your holiday watching sunsets from the hammocks, taking in sights of the birds, butterflies and tropical animals or simply sunbathing by the pool.

The pool with its waterfall is a spectacular place to relax and refresh. At 8 feet deep the water remains cool even in the heat of the day. The waterfall into the pool provides a great jumping platform.

Holiday Season - December 23 through January 5
$200/day
High Season - December through April
3 Days = $525 * 1 Week = $1200 * 2 Weeks = $2000 * 4 Weeks = $3500

Green Season - May through November
3 Days = $480 * 1 Week = $1000 * 2 Weeks = $1800 * 4 Weeks = $3000

Maid services and Taxes are included in rates.
We have a three day minimum policy.
Additional days at a rate based on rental period.

Reservations

We require a 50% deposit to reserve your dates.
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation prior to 60 days before arrival date: 100% refund
Cancellation 30 to 59 days before arrival date: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival date: 0% refund
We will make every effort to re-rent a canceled reservation period.
If we are successful, we will be pleased to refund the entire amount received.

Villa Helena is located on the south central Pacific coast of Costa Rica. It is a four hour drive generally south of the capitol city of San Jose, either through the mountains or along the coast. We highly recommend the rental of a four wheel drive car to allow full access to all of the area's attractions.
